Since the establishment of HiLink Technology (“HiLink” or “we”) in 2009, we have been committed to applying our passion, expertise, and hard work to professionally address the challenges posed by the “high-mix low-volume” wire harnesses demanded by industrial and medical sectors, including their slow response, unstable quality, untimely delivery, and poor cost-effectiveness.

After years of continuous efforts, we have built a customer-oriented professional team and customized and optimized an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to adapt to the production needs of “high-mix low-volume” wire harnesses. Organizing the introduction of new products using the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) method, we have accumulated a rich process knowledge base and swiftly formulated standard operating procedures (SOPs) with the help of the computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system. Additionally, we practice lean production, emphasizing the principle that “consistent processes yield consistent results” while closely monitoring variations in the “people-machine-material-environment” system to ensure the quality of our products. Through such efforts, we have effectively addressed the challenges posed by “high-mix low-volume” wire harnesses and successfully served numerous clients in fields such as power quality, medical equipment, scientific instruments, semiconductor equipment, high-end manufacturing, rail transportation, special machinery, mining, and oil & gas. Of course, our pursuit of knowledge is endless. We remain true to our original aspirations and tirelessly dedicated to delivering increasingly personalized and professional services to our customers.

We have about 150 employees, including 12 engineers, 11 quality control personnel, and 5 customer specialists. With over 7,000 m2 of production space, net assets exceeding RMB 30 million, and nearly 80 processes for manufacturing the wire harnesses commonly required in the industrial and medical fields, we are capable of consistently providing our customers with high-quality and efficient “one-stop” wire harness manufacturing services.
